Work

Systems shaped around real-world operations.

Much of what we build runs inside an organization and touches internal process, staff records, or public obligations. Not every engagement can be shown publicly, and we will not put a client on a marketing page to make ourselves look busier.

So instead of a portfolio, here are four conceptual system examples. They describe the shape of work we do and the interfaces we design. They are not descriptions of completed client projects, and every figure shown is illustrative.

Conceptual system example

Beach reservation and capacity platform

A public-facing reservation platform for a facility with a fixed daily ceiling, where staff at the gate need to confirm payment in seconds and the operator needs a defensible occupancy record afterwards.

  • Timed reservations
  • Daily capacity ceiling
  • Staff check-in
  • Payment receipts
  • Live availability
  • Occupancy reporting

Island transportation dispatch system

A dispatch and reservation system for an operator moving passengers between docks, terminals, and properties, where inbound arrivals shift throughout the day and drivers work from phones.

  • Reservations
  • Vehicle assignment
  • Driver status
  • Passenger notifications
  • Route tracking
  • Operational reporting

Government records portal

A public records portal paired with an internal case tool, so the same record serves a citizen searching from a phone and an officer moving a file through review, without two systems to maintain.

  • Public search
  • Document access
  • Internal case tracking
  • Export tools
  • Role-based permissions
  • Scheduled reports

Property and infrastructure map

An interactive map tying parcels, zoning, and infrastructure assets to the property records behind them, with address matching that reconciles territory addressing against other systems.

  • Parcel search
  • Zoning layers
  • Infrastructure overlays
  • Imagery
  • Property records
  • Filtered exports

On references

We would rather introduce you to someone than show you a logo.

Where a client is willing, we will arrange a direct conversation so you can ask the questions a case study would never answer: what went wrong, how long it really took, and what support has been like since launch.

Discuss a similar system.

If one of these examples is close to what you need, the fastest way forward is to tell us where yours differs. The differences are usually the whole project.

How every engagement runs

Understand We watch the current process before anything is designed.
Map Scope, phases, and what is out of scope, agreed in writing.
Build In phases you can see, not one long silence.
Launch Documentation and account ownership handed over with it.
Support Continuing, with the same people who built it.
